  • Develop and implement 360° marketing plans that include both ATL and BTL activities.
  • Oversee all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, packaging design, event management, and broadcasting coordination to ensure market readiness and product visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure all activities deliver measurable ROI.
  • Lead the company’s digital marketing strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and develop engaging content tailored for each social media channel.
  • Work closely with third-party agencies to handle social media communication, respond to   inquiries/comments professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to optimize results.
  • Analyze daily market prices, monitor the state of our products, and track competitor activities to provide strategic input for pricing and positioning.
  • Collect and analyze monthly market share data and other relevant statistics to inform business    decisions.
  • Implement and supervise MIS data collection, sampling, and merchandising plans.
  • Provide on-going coaching, mentoring, and development for team members.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors, designers, and external partners.

 

 Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (or) bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing management (5) years related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Knowledge in ISO, HACCP & GHP.
  • Must be able to travel.
