- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Training & Development, Performance Management, and HR Systems (LMS).
- Solid knowledge of KPI planning, performance appraisal tools, and HR policy design.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/LMS platforms.
- Must be able to travel

- Deliver and facilitate in-house training programs to develop employees’ skills and competencies.
- Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery and tracking.
- Identify training needs (TNA) and prepare annual/quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate and liaise with external training providers for outsourced training programs.
- Lead and manage the performance appraisal process across all departments.
- Develop, monitor, and review KPI frameworks to ensure fair and consistent performance management.
- Support continuous improvement of training and performance systems to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
