Key Responsibilities:

  • Study foreign markets to enable the export and sale of the company’s products in international markets. Effectively carry out export design creation and marketing plans.
  • Study and report the Labeling Laws, Import Procedures, Consumer Protection Laws, Food Laws, Customs Duties, and Taxes of specified countries.
  • Analyze and report the prices of similar products in designated foreign markets compared to the company’s products.
  • Implement market promotion strategies necessary to achieve the Export Sales Targets set for specific countries.
  • Execute the primary export sales processes, including both online and offline sales.
  •  Identify suitable distribution companies or suppliers to sell the products in targeted foreign markets.
  • Prepare and send product samples and quotations to be purchasing companies abroad.
  • Facilitate the negotiation and signing of product sales contracts with foreign purchasing companies.
  • Collaborate effectively with international logistics companies to ensure efficient shipment of goods.
  • Analyze and report the price chain of the company’s products by country.
  • Accurately prepare monthly export sales, performance, and other relevant reports by country, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding the sales targets set for each country.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in export sales or international business
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations, labeling laws, and trade compliance
  • Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM tools
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GHP standards
  • Able to prepare reports, manage targets, and coordinate with overseas clients
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required
