Prepare and submit consolidated summary reports to the <strong>Director (Factory)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with <strong>ISO, GHP, and HACCP systems<\/strong> across all production operations. Lead and organize training programs to ensure employees are <strong>well-trained<\/strong> and compliant.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Production and Packing departments to address operational requirements, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication and follow-up actions.<\/li>\n<li>Align production operations with the <strong>sales schedule<\/strong> by evaluating machine capacity and raw material availability. Collaborate with <strong>Sales, Planning, QA, Engineering, Store, HR Operations, and HR Planning<\/strong> to ensure smooth execution.
