\n– Develop and execute 360\u00b0 integrated marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to strengthen brand presence.
\n– Lead all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, packaging design, events, and broadcasting coordination.
\n– Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure strong and measurable ROI.
\n– Drive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
\n– Create engaging, platform-specific content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
\n– Coordinate with third-party agencies to manage social media communication and customer interactions professionally.
\n– Track campaign performance using analytics and continuously optimize results.
\n– Analyze daily market prices, product positioning, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
\n– Collect and analyze monthly market share data and key market insights.
\n– Implement and supervise MIS data collection, sampling, and merchandising plans.
\n– Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members.
\n– Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams.
\n– Maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, and external partners.<\/p>\n
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
\n– Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing management (FMCG).
\n– Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
\n– Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
