{"id":18874,"date":"2026-04-01T07:50:39","date_gmt":"2026-04-01T07:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chochoindustry.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=18874"},"modified":"2026-04-01T07:50:39","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T07:50:39","slug":"manager-marketingmale-female-1-post-3","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.chochoindustry.com\/en\/jobs\/manager-marketingmale-female-1-post-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Manager (Marketing)\t\t\t\t\tMale\/Female (1) Post"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement 360\u00b0 marketing plans that include both ATL and BTL activities.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, packaging design, event management, and broadcasting coordination to ensure market readiness and product visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure all activities deliver measurable ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the company\u2019s digital marketing strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop engaging content tailored for each social media channel.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with third-party agencies to handle social media communication, respond to\u00a0\u00a0 inquiries\/comments professionally and promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor campaign performance and use analytics to optimize results.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze daily market prices, monitor the state of our products, and track competitor activities to provide strategic input for pricing and positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze monthly market share data and other relevant statistics to inform business\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and supervise MIS data collection, sampling, and merchandising plans.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-going coaching, mentoring, and development for team members.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective communication with vendors, designers, and external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any graduate (or) bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in marketing management\u00a0(5) years related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in ISO, HACCP &amp; GHP.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to travel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities Develop and implement 360\u00b0 marketing plans that include both ATL and BTL activities.
