Ensure the company contributes positively to society and minimizes environmental impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JR<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in environmental science, Development Studies, or related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development roles<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of environmental regulations and social impact assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>JD<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement CSR &amp; Sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and lead community engagement programs (e.g. education, health, environment).<\/li>\n<li>Monitor environmental performance (waste management, carbon footprint, energy use).<\/li>\n<li>Conduct CSR-related risk assessments and develop action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with NGOs, local authorities, and community stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Organize employee volunteering activities and internal awareness campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare CSR\/sustainability reports and updates for management and public disclosure.<\/li>\n<li>Track industry trends and make recommendations for improving company practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with environmental laws and social responsibility standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, HR) to integrate sustainable practices<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work Myanmar ICT Park (Hlaing Tsp).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities To develop, implement, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategies that align with the company\u2019s values, regulatory standards, and long-term goals.
