A Master\u2019s degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or a similar capacity, preferably within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing customer-facing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the B2B e-commerce landscape and FMCG market in Myanmar.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in both Burmese and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Drive large-scale customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration experience.
