{"id":16991,"date":"2024-05-16T07:57:36","date_gmt":"2024-05-16T07:57:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.chochoindustry.com\/?post_type=jobpost&#038;p=16991"},"modified":"2024-05-16T07:57:36","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T07:57:36","slug":"general-manager-marketing","status":"publish","type":"jobpost","link":"https:\/\/www.chochoindustry.com\/en\/jobs\/general-manager-marketing\/","title":{"rendered":"General Manager (Marketing)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The General Manager\u00a0will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company&#8217;s social media marketing strategy in order to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company&#8217;s website and social media channels, and ultimately increase sales.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan that aligns with the company&#8217;s overall marketing strategy and business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Create and curate engaging content for the company&#8217;s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram,\u00a0and others as required.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and grow the company&#8217;s social media accounts by increasing followers, engagement, and social media influence.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling social media campaigns and promotions that drive traffic to the company&#8217;s website and social media channels.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze social media trends, and adjust the social media marketing plan as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the third party, agency to manage and respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage with social media influencers and brand ambassadors who can help promote the company&#8217;s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and make recommendations to improve the company&#8217;s social media marketing efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to analyze and manage as needed prices within the daily market, the state of our products, and the circumstances of our competitors.<\/li>\n<li>To design Digital Marketing and Social Media Plans and implement them effectively as planned.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Digital Marketing Strategy, contact management and email campaign strategy.<\/li>\n<li>To present analysis in order to produce new products in the market.<\/li>\n<li>Manage\u00a0Marketing, Social Media Content, Website messaging and strategy, A&amp;P implementation on schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Above the line Activities are effectively responsible and managed as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Market Share, and other relevant statistics must be accurately analyzed.<\/li>\n<li>Yearly, the Marketing Budget must be managed and used effectively.<\/li>\n<li>The Packing Design, Advertising, and Promotion Design sections and content sections of our products must be negotiated and allowed to be marketable.<\/li>\n<li>To implement MIS\u00a0Data collection plans.<\/li>\n<li>To implement Survey Plan, Sampling &amp; Merchandising plan.<\/li>\n<li>To develop and implement effective plans for the Promotion Plan and Below the line.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting must be performed.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Campaigns are planned and implemented and provide weekly, monthly as effective reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with operation team to gather customer feedback and optimize marketing messaging.<\/li>\n<li>Measuring and reporting results to enable the Company to make evidence-based decisions and adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-going coaching and mentoring to employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any graduate (or) Bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in marketing management\u00a0(10) years and above\u00a0related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a social media marketing specialist or similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write engaging and effective social media content.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts and grow social media followings.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data to inform strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of current marketing trends.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in ISO, HACCP &amp;
