Job Purpose:
To support the recruitment process by actively sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through job platforms, company website, and social media – ensuring a consistent talent pipeline for the organization.
JD
- Post job advertisements on Job Portals (e.g., JobNet), LinkedIn (Paid), Company Website, and Social Media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.
- Promote employer branding through digital channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor and manage incoming applications, filter CVs based on basic criteria.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Provide timely updates to HR team and support interview scheduling if needed.
JR
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of online job posting tools and social media usage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
