Job Summary
Proactive Learning & Development Deputy Manager to lead company training initiatives, build employee capability, and strengthen leadership pipelines across all levels. This role supports business growth through impactful learning programs and a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual Training & Development plans aligned with business goals and organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Management team to identify competency gaps, performance gaps, and training needs through performance appraisal and assessment results.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend learning interventions to address capability gaps across the organization.
  • Design, deliver, and coordinate onboarding, leadership development, technical, and corporate skills training programs.
  • Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession development programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
  • Manage internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional certification activities.
  • Measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and prepare reports on training impact, employee development, and ROI.
  • Maintain training records, learning databases, and development documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms while promoting a continuous learning culture.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or HR.
● Prior supervisory experience is required.
● Strong knowledge of TNA, competency frameworks, and L&D best practices.
● Experience working with performance management and competency gap analysis.
● Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
● Familiarity with LMS and digital learning tools.
● Good command of English, both spoken and written.
