Key Responsibilities:
- Expert proficiency in at least one customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Strong ability to direct the sales process from planning to closing.
- Stay abreast of trends in the industry.
- Track and maintain sales volumes.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Regularly carry out sales audits. Create and present sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts.
- To boost GPS product sales, it is essential to strategically plan and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with B2B sector customers.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external organizations to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Diploma in Sales Management (or) Sales & Marketing Management
- Microsoft office suit (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies.
- strong sales, technical, and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Competency in coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
- At least (7) years of experience working in the field of sales.
- Analytical skills to be able to analyze important sales data.
- Must be able to travel and work if necessary.
