Key Responsibilities:
- Study foreign markets to enable the export and sale of the company’s products in international markets. Effectively carry out export design creation and marketing plans.
- Study and report the Labeling Laws, Import Procedures, Consumer Protection Laws, Food Laws, Customs Duties, and Taxes of specified countries.
- Analyze and report the prices of similar products in designated foreign markets compared to the company’s products.
- Implement market promotion strategies necessary to achieve the Export Sales Targets set for specific countries.
- Execute the primary export sales processes, including both online and offline sales.
- Identify suitable distribution companies or suppliers to sell the products in targeted foreign markets.
- Prepare and send product samples and quotations to be purchasing companies abroad.
- Facilitate the negotiation and signing of product sales contracts with foreign purchasing companies.
- Collaborate effectively with international logistics companies to ensure efficient shipment of goods.
- Analyze and report the price chain of the company’s products by country.
- Accurately prepare monthly export sales, performance, and other relevant reports by country, and implement necessary improvements.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding the sales targets set for each country.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in export sales or international business
- Strong knowledge of export regulations, labeling laws, and trade compliance
- Proficiency in English, MS Office, and CRM tools
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GHP standards
- Able to prepare reports, manage targets, and coordinate with overseas clients
- Willingness to travel internationally if required
