Job Description:

  • Must be able to plan and carry out the process to fill manpower requirements in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to implement and execute tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Labour Law and be able to apply it effectively.
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate with relevant government offices.
  • Must be able to organize and manage necessary training programs for employees.
  • Must be able to plan and manage seasonal events.
  • Must have strong communication skills and broad general knowledge.
  • Ensure HR practices align with ISO and FSSC standards.
  • Utilize HR-related software proficiently.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Planning, HR Analytics, or Workforce Management.
  • Strong knowledge of Manpower Planning, Budgeting, and Organization Structure Management.
  • Excellent understanding of KPI setting, workforce cost analysis, and headcount control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardone Tsp.)
