  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in Training & Development, Performance Management, and HR Systems (LMS).
  • Solid knowledge of KPI planning, performance appraisal tools, and HR policy design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Must be able to travel

  • Deliver and facilitate in-house training programs to develop employees’ skills and competencies.
  • Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery and tracking.
  • Identify training needs (TNA) and prepare annual/quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external training providers for outsourced training programs.
  • Lead and manage the performance appraisal process across all departments.
  • Develop, monitor, and review KPI frameworks to ensure fair and consistent performance management.
  • Support continuous improvement of training and performance systems to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.
