Are you a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing leader ready to make an impact in the FMCG sectors?
We are looking for *Marketing Manager* who can drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance across both traditional and digital channels.

🔑 *Key Responsibilities*
– Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing strategies (ATL & BTL) to strengthen brand presence.
– Lead all marketing functions including advertising, promotions, packaging design, events, and broadcasting coordination.
– Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure strong and measurable ROI.
– Drive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
– Create engaging, platform-specific content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
– Coordinate with third-party agencies to manage social media communication and customer interactions professionally.
– Track campaign performance using analytics and continuously optimize results.
– Analyze daily market prices, product positioning, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
– Collect and analyze monthly market share data and key market insights.
– Implement and supervise MIS data collection, sampling, and merchandising plans.
– Coach, mentor, and develop marketing team members.
– Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams.
– Maintain strong relationships with vendors, designers, and external partners.

🎓 *Qualifications & Experience*
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
– Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing management (FMCG).
– Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
– Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
– Willingness to travel when required.
