Job Description:
- Must be able to plan and carry out the process to fill manpower requirements in a timely manner.
- Must be able to implement and execute tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Must have strong knowledge of Labour Law and be able to apply it effectively.
- Must be able to communicate and coordinate with relevant government offices.
- Must be able to organize and manage necessary training programs for employees.
- Must be able to plan and manage seasonal events.
- Must have strong communication skills and broad general knowledge.
- Ensure HR practices align with ISO and FSSC standards.
- Utilize HR-related software proficiently.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Planning, HR Analytics, or Workforce Management.
- Strong knowledge of Manpower Planning, Budgeting, and Organization Structure Management.
- Excellent understanding of KPI setting, workforce cost analysis, and headcount control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work Zaykabar Industrial Park (Mingalardone Tsp.)
