Key Responsibilities

To develop, implement, and monitor Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategies that align with the company’s values, regulatory standards, and long-term goals. Ensure the company contributes positively to society and minimizes environmental impact.

JR

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Development Studies, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development roles
• Understanding of environmental regulations and social impact assessment

JD

• Develop and implement CSR & Sustainability initiatives in alignment with company goals.
• Coordinate and lead community engagement programs (e.g. education, health, environment).
• Monitor environmental performance (waste management, carbon footprint, energy use).
• Conduct CSR-related risk assessments and develop action plans.
• Maintain regular communication with NGOs, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
• Organize employee volunteering activities and internal awareness campaigns.
• Prepare CSR/sustainability reports and updates for management and public disclosure.
• Track industry trends and make recommendations for improving company practices.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and social responsibility standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, HR) to integrate sustainable practices
• Must be able to work Myanmar ICT Park (Hlaing Tsp).
